Cleo L. Smalls is the Founder and CEO of Cleo & Company, a consulting and professional services firm supporting nonprofits and community-based organizations through strategic planning, branding, marketing, and event and initiative support. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Cleo brings a deep understanding of mission-driven work, organizational capacity, and community engagement.
Her work includes collaborations with organizations such as the Girl Scouts, Center in the Park, ARTZ Philadelphia, and Life Changers Church, where she has helped design and implement meaningful, community-centered initiatives. Cleo also serves as the Director of Brand Strategy and Community Engagement for LA21 CDC, leading branding, marketing, and engagement strategies that amplify organizational impact.
Cleo holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Management and is known for her strategic, collaborative approach to empowering organizations, bridging generational gaps, and creating sustainable, people-centered programs.

Sykaiya “Kai” Grant serves as the Director of Design Operations for Cleo & Company, where she oversees digital systems, design workflows, and day-to-day operational support. Her background spans business administration, Human Resources, finance, and nonprofit management, paired with strengths in graphic design, website management, research, and data organization.
Kai brings strong leadership experience managing contractors, coordinating development support, and streamlining internal systems to support organizational growth. She has hands-on experience with nonprofit and financial software platforms including Raiser’s Edge, Network for Good, and QuickBooks, supporting donor management, reporting, and financial operations.
In addition to her operational expertise, Kai has experience with media software, including camera operation, video recording, and video editing, allowing her to support digital content creation and storytelling initiatives.
With more than three decades of customer service experience, Kai is known for delivering reliable, thoughtful business support that keeps projects running smoothly and teams aligned.

Gina Felder
Regina “Gina” Felder serves as the Manager of Content & Community Engagement at Cleo & Company, leading content development and contributing to community-facing initiatives that help businesses connect, grow, and show up with purpose. With over a decade of leadership experience in hospitality and community engagement, Gina brings a hands-on, people-centered approach to assisting with events, coordinating food preparation and catering logistics, and ensuring smooth on-site execution.
In her role, Gina manages content creation, flyer design, and digital engagement while also handling key administrative and operational functions. She is a social media coach and influencer, guiding clients through content planning and audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Her skill set also includes research, website management, and cross-functional business coordination.
Known for her creativity, consistency, and leadership presence, Gina excels at meeting people where they are and helping them succeed—driving results through connection, clarity, and care.
